The lawyers of the law firm EUSTACCHIO RECHTSANWÄLTE serve their clients by representing them in most areas of commercial law.

Due to language skills of the lawyers, gained from several long term stays abroad, the law firm represents many foreign clients regarding their legal interests in Austria.

The lawyers represent their clients before all courts in Austria. The philosophy is that the work of a lawyer should mainly focus on preventing trials, especially in the field of drafting contracts. However, if it is necessary to represent clients before court, the clients’ interests will also be taken care of in the most appropriate manner; this includes the duty to inform clients beforehand of all risks and costs of the respective procedure.

The office premises are located close to the ‘Ringstrasse’ and the famous ‘Votivkirche’ in one of the magnificent Viennese buildings from the end of the 19th century.

For clients from Austria’s southern regions and neighboring countries the law office EUSTACCHIO RECHTSANWÄLTE has a branch office in Graz, Austria’s second largest city.
