Our Launch and Inaugural Global Conference will take place in London on the 28th-29th June 2018. Along with opportunities to share experience and best practice, attendees can expect some excellent content from some fantastic speakers with a huge depth of international experience. Networking between delegates will be high on the agenda throughout the whole event. Speakers at the conference will include Laurence Kiddle Managing Director of Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting; Richard Keyes, Managing Partner of Taylorcocks and BOKS International CEO; Gordon Gilchrist Founder of the 20/20 Group and Peter Vargo of BOKS Member firm Carpathian Advisory Group. We will also feature content from Practice Ignition, an award-winning cloud-based software application who will be sharing their insights into automation within the industry.

As a result of the ongoing feedback we have received in the past, a full social program for the spouses and partners of members will exist alongside all of our global conferences. Those attending this conference socially can expect an experience truly unique to our capital, details of which will be shared closer to the date. Our preferential hotel rates which are also available during the three nights pre and post event will also enable you to really make the most of your trip with longer stay to take in all the sights and sounds that London has to offer.

The venue and accommodation for the conference will be the stylish Mondrian Hotel at Sea Containers located on the South Bank of the river Thames. Rooms at this central London hotel are stylish yet comfortable so you can be assured of a great night’s rest prior to a full day of conferencing on the Friday of the event. For those that want to make the most of their stay at the Mondrian, you will find yourself spoilt for choice between the rooftop bar with its stunning view over the River Thames, and the riverside bar with its plush interior. Do book your accommodation as soon as you are able using the link here as booking is on a first come first served basis.

The location for our closing dinner on 29th June has been confirmed and it promises to be a fitting end to our first BOKS International event. Dinner will be served upon the sparkling waters of the river Thames onboard Symphony, one of London’s finest floating restaurants. During the course of your meal you will cruise the historic waters of London’s key waterway taking in sights both steeped in tradition and the modernity of London today.
